Big Valley Vacation Packages

Room was decent. Floor was slightly dirty, as was the bathroom. Fridge and microwave were not working due to the non-functioning outlets. Had to move the microwave to the table to plug it in. Also, the bathroom had hair and dust on the floor. All of this was negligible because the general condition of the room was quite good. The worst thing was the security bolt was completely broken off. My wife and I felt a bit unsafe due to a screaming person outside in the middle of the night. Not the hotel's fault, of course. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely stay again due to the great price and close proximity to the convention center. Just please make sure the safety bolts are in good order! Thank you.

Excellent Staff, clean room, quiet and breakfast selection is delicious and filling.

The stay was overall okay. The breakfast was good, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the room had a noticeable smoke smell, as if someone had previously smoked there. I also felt the price was excessive for this type of hotel in Fresno.

Room was very clean and staff was very nice. Prices were good and location is great! My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was you could hear everyone and everything going on outside.
